- 6 oz. pepperoni slices
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 (12-count) pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Combine Ingredients: Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in minced garlic and dried oregano. Set aside.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Slice the block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the rolls.
- Assemble the Dish: Place bottom half of rolls in dish. Spread pizza sauce evenly, layer mozzarella and pepperoni, then add remaining cheese. Place top half of rolls on top.
- Cook to Perfection: Brush top with garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.
- Finishing Touches: Let cool 5 minutes before slicing to set the cheese.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
