Description

Pepperoni Pizza Sliders are gooey, cheesy mini sandwiches filled with zesty pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni. Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family dinner, these sliders are buttery, flavorful, and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (12-count) pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in minced garlic and dried oregano. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Slice the block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the rolls.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Place bottom half of rolls in dish. Spread pizza sauce evenly, layer mozzarella and pepperoni, then add remaining cheese. Place top half of rolls on top.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Brush top with garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.
  6. Finishing Touches: Let cool 5 minutes before slicing to set the cheese.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
