Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until the mixture forms a cohesive dough.
  3. Chill the dough for 10–15 minutes for easier handling.
  4. Roll into small, even balls using your hands or a scoop.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
