- 1/2 cup cold water

- 1 medium fresh orange, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
