- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread the olive and cheese mixture generously on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.
- Top with the other two slices of bread, buttered side up.

Notes
- For a more robust flavor, try using a mix of green and black olives.
- This recipe can also be made with gluten-free bread for a gluten-free version.
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the olive mixture.
