- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and water. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Spread a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.
- Top with the seasoned beef mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to form a wrap.
- Serve with sour cream, if desired.
Notes
- You can add jalapeños or other toppings for extra heat.
- For a healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas and lean ground beef.
