Description

A bold and hearty burger bowl layered with seasoned ground beef, roasted potato wedges, crisp romaine lettuce, fresh vegetables, and a creamy classic burger sauce. All the flavor of a burger and fries in one satisfying bowl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  3. Roast potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  5. Cook the seasoned beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart and cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth to create the sauce.
  7. To assemble, divide chopped romaine lettuce among four bowls. Top with cooked beef, roasted potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chopped dill pickles.
  8. Drizzle with prepared sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Spread potatoes out evenly to ensure crisp roasting.
  • Do not overmix the beef to keep it tender.
  • Store components separately for best texture when meal prepping.
  • Reheat beef and potatoes before assembling leftovers.
