- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix (about 1 oz)
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers, whole or sliced
- 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice (optional, for extra tang)
Instructions
- Place Lil Smokies in a slow cooker or saucepan.
- Top with butter, ranch seasoning, au jus mix, pepperoncini peppers, and juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours (or simmer on stovetop over low heat for 30–40 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with toothpicks as an appetizer or over rice or mashed potatoes for a heartier meal.

- Can be doubled for a crowd—just adjust seasoning to taste.
