Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad tossed with fresh mint, lime juice, and a touch of honey for a naturally sweet and zesty finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 fresh kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit by slicing strawberries, peeling and slicing kiwis, and cubing pineapple and watermelon.
  2. Add strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and watermelon to a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice and honey until well combined.
  4. Pour the lime and honey mixture over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss everything together until evenly coated, being careful not to crush the fruit.
  6. Sprinkle the finely chopped mint over the salad and fold it in gently.
  7. Chill for 15 to 30 minutes if desired, then serve fresh.

Notes

  • Add mint just before serving for the brightest flavor.
  • Use fully ripe fruit for natural sweetness.
