Description

Crispy mini phyllo cups filled with creamy brie, toasted pecans, and a tangy cranberry drizzle make the perfect bite-sized appetizer for holidays and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 15 mini phyllo cups (pre-baked shells)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cube the brie, chop the pecans, and set out the cranberry sauce.
  3. Arrange phyllo cups in a mini muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
  4. Place a cube of brie in each cup, sprinkle with pecans, and top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 7–10 minutes until brie is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
