- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top further.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
