- 2 cups fat free mozzarella (200 grams)
- 1 cup favorite pizza toppings such as sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, lightly beaten egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and shredded parmesan cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Press the meat mixture evenly into a round crust shape about ½ inch thick on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Carefully drain any excess grease if needed.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cooked crust.
- Sprinkle fat free mozzarella evenly on top, followed by your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
