Description

Longhorn Steakhouse’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a juicy grilled chicken breast topped with a creamy ranch spread, melted cheese, and a crispy Parmesan crust. This homemade version brings the restaurant favorite right to your table.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread a layer of ranch dressing evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and dried parsley. Mix until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture over the chicken.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 30 minutes before cooking.
