- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Spread a layer of ranch dressing evenly over each chicken breast.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and dried parsley. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Broil for the last 2 minutes to achieve an extra crispy crust.
