- 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional)
- 4 Burger Buns
- Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (as desired)
- 4 Cheese Slices (optional)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Shape into 4 patties and make a small indent in the center of each.
- Lightly oil grill and toast buns if desired.
- Grill patties for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Add cheese during last minute if using.
- Let patties rest for 1–2 minutes, then assemble burgers with toppings and condiments.
Notes
- Chill patties before cooking to help them hold shape.
- Do not press down on patties while grilling.
- Use fresh toppings for contrast and crunch.
