These juicy and flavorful mixed spice-burgers are packed with bold spices, grilled to perfection, and layered with your favorite toppings. A delicious twist on a classic burger that’s quick, easy, and unforgettable.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional)
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (as desired)
  • 4 Cheese Slices (optional)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Shape into 4 patties and make a small indent in the center of each.
  4. Lightly oil grill and toast buns if desired.
  5. Grill patties for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Add cheese during last minute if using.
  6. Let patties rest for 1–2 minutes, then assemble burgers with toppings and condiments.

Notes

  • Chill patties before cooking to help them hold shape.
  • Do not press down on patties while grilling.
  • Use fresh toppings for contrast and crunch.
