Description

Juicy grilled chicken coated in a sticky hot honey glaze and topped with crunchy chopped pistachios — a bold, sweet-and-spicy dish that’s ready in just 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • lb chicken breast, sliced into 4 thinner pieces
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1½ tbsp hot honey (such as Mike’s Hot Honey)
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder on both sides.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grates or pan. Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and grill marks form.
  4. Brush chicken with hot honey during the last minute of cooking. Let glaze caramelize slightly.
  5. Transfer chicken to a plate. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with extra hot honey if desired.

  • Pound chicken to even thickness for even cooking.
