- 1½ lb chicken breast, sliced into 4 thinner pieces
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1½ tbsp hot honey (such as Mike’s Hot Honey)
- ¼ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder on both sides.
- Lightly oil the grill grates or pan. Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and grill marks form.
- Brush chicken with hot honey during the last minute of cooking. Let glaze caramelize slightly.
- Transfer chicken to a plate. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with extra hot honey if desired.
