Description

This Hot Honey Chicken Crust Pizza features a crispy chicken crust topped with melted mozzarella, savory tomato sauce, and a drizzle of spicy-sweet hot honey. It’s a low-carb twist on pizza, perfect for those who love bold flavors and a crunchy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper to form the crust. Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the baking sheet to form a crust shape.
  3. Bake the chicken crust for 10-15 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and drizzle with hot honey.
