Ingredients
- Raw shrimp, 500 g, peeled and deveined
- Walnuts, 1 cup
- Honey, ⅓ cup
- Mayonnaise, ½ cup
- Cornstarch, ½ cup
- All-purpose flour, ½ cup

- Neutral cooking oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat neutral cooking oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and mayonnaise until smooth and glossy. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch and all-purpose flour. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
- Dip the shrimp first into the egg, then coat evenly with the flour and cornstarch mixture.
