Ingredients
Scale
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Add oil to the hot pan and sear shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until cooked. Remove and set aside.

- Return shrimp to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir until everything is coated and the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use high heat to get a good sear on the shrimp.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan — cook in batches if needed.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy version.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
