Description

These Homemade Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets are a quick, delicious solution for pizza cravings. Made with flaky crescent roll dough, gooey mozzarella, and classic pizza sauce, they’re baked to golden perfection and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and press into rectangles, sealing seams.
  3. Spoon a bit of pizza sauce onto one side of each rectangle.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of oregano.
  5. Fold over, seal edges with a fork, and place on baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill to avoid leaks during baking.
  • Add cooked pepperoni, sausage, or veggies for variety.
  • Freeze uncooked pockets for quick future snacks.
  • Reheat leftovers in air fryer or oven for best texture.
