  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh Thyme: 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sweet Bell Peppers: 3 medium (red, yellow, or orange), cut into strips or chunks
  • Lemon Wedges: For serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
