Description

Grilled Chicken Wraps are smoky, cheesy, and full of flavor. Tender grilled chicken, melty cheddar, and crisp vegetables are wrapped in golden tortillas for the perfect quick meal any day of the week.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled chicken, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. In a bowl, mix grilled chicken, bell peppers, onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spoon the filling into the center of each one.
  4. Fold the sides in and roll tightly into wraps. Brush each with olive oil.
  5. Place wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking.
  • Don’t overfill the wraps to keep them sealed while grilling.
  • Add a drizzle of chipotle mayo or BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
