Description

Thick slices of gluten free bread baked with a rich blend of five cheeses, buttery garlic flavor, and a perfectly golden, bubbly top that makes the ultimate comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices gluten free bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, Monterey Jack, parmesan, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt.
  3. Place gluten free bread slices on the prepared baking sheet and spread each evenly with softened butter.
  4. Generously top each slice with the cheese mixture, pressing lightly so it adheres.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes until the top is lightly golden, watching carefully to avoid burning.
