- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk eggs, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg, then sprinkle evenly over the dough and gently press into the surface.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 12 even rolls.
- Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Whisk powdered sugar with brewed coffee until smooth to create the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough to keep the rolls soft and tender.
- Glaze the rolls while warm so it melts slightly into the layers.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat gently before serving.
