Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized, stuffed biscuit bombs filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and brushed with a savory garlic-parmesan butter—perfect as a party snack or fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 cubes cheddar or mozzarella cheese (about 3/4-inch each)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for butter topping)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
  5. Spoon some beef mixture into the center of each dough circle and top with a cube of cheese.
  6. Fold dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each bomb.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use shredded cheese instead of cubes for a gooier center.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for quick assembly later.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli.
