Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized, stuffed biscuit bombs filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and brushed with a savory garlic-parmesan butter—perfect as a party snack or fun family dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 8 cubes cheddar or mozzarella cheese (about 3/4-inch each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for butter topping)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon some beef mixture into the center of each dough circle and top with a cube of cheese.
- Fold dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each bomb.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use shredded cheese instead of cubes for a gooier center.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for quick assembly later.
- Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli.
