Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flaky golden biscuits stuffed with a cheesy garlic ground beef filling. Perfect as an easy appetizer or snack, these savory bites come together quickly for family dinners or parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced Parmesan cheese and cubed cheddar cheese until combined and slightly melted.
- Flatten each biscuit round slightly and spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing edges completely to form a ball.
- Place sealed bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-shredded cheese for faster prep or swap cheddar for mozzarella for a gooey center.
- For extra garlic flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the melted butter before brushing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
- Freeze unbaked bombs on a tray, then store in freezer bags for up to 3 months.
