Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flaky golden biscuits stuffed with a cheesy garlic ground beef filling. Perfect as an easy appetizer or snack, these savory bites come together quickly for family dinners or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in diced Parmesan cheese and cubed cheddar cheese until combined and slightly melted.
  3. Flatten each biscuit round slightly and spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing edges completely to form a ball.
  5. Place sealed bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-shredded cheese for faster prep or swap cheddar for mozzarella for a gooey center.
  • For extra garlic flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the melted butter before brushing.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
  • Freeze unbaked bombs on a tray, then store in freezer bags for up to 3 months.
