- 6 Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs
- 10 Garlic Cloves, smashed
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sear chicken skin-side down for 6-7 minutes until golden. Flip and cook 5 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, add smashed garlic, and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in rosemary, thyme, and oregano, then add broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
- Return chicken to the skillet, skin-side up. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest 5 minutes, then spoon sauce over the chicken and serve warm.
