Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice. Toast bread in a skillet or griddle over medium heat, buttered side down, for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Set aside, toasted side up.
