- A small piece of ginger, peeled and grated

Instructions
- Cut and juice all 8 oranges into a large bowl or pitcher.
- Grate or finely mince the ginger and stir it into the juice.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer it pulp-free.
- Let the juice sit for 5 minutes to infuse the ginger flavor.
