- 14.5 oz can of Beef Broth
- 10.5 oz can of French Onion Soup
- 1 stick of Butter (cold)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In an 8×8 inch baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly.
- Pour the beef broth over the rice.
- Add the French onion soup on top of the rice and broth mixture.
- Slice the cold butter into pats and distribute them evenly over the dish.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
