- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 cup shredded provolone
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan. Keep feta separate.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and place on parchment paper.
- Brush dough with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese mixture and lay tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with salt.
- Transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot stone or sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, top with crumbled feta and fresh basil. Let sit 2 minutes before slicing.

- Use parchment paper for easy handling and cleanup.
- Pat tomato slices dry to avoid sogginess.
