Description

Chewy, colorful flourless monster cookies packed with peanut butter, oats, mini M&Ms, and chocolate chips for an indulgent, gluten-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats (gluten-free if desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, peanut butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, baking soda, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in mini M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
