- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- No cooking required for this recipe.
- In a bowl, combine the red cabbage, lettuce, bell peppers, carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
- Spread cream cheese, then hummus, evenly over each tortilla from edge to edge.
- Top with an even layer of the veggie mix.
- Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other.
- Trim edges if needed and slice each wrap in half diagonally.
- Serve immediately or wrap for later.
