Festive no bake Christmas tree treats made with chewy SunButter oat filling and coated in smooth matcha vegan white chocolate for a gorgeous holiday green. Fun to shape, easy to decorate, and perfect for gifting.

- 2 ¾ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup SunButter Organic Sunflower Seed Butter
- ½ cup agave nectar or maple syrup or honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 16 oz vegan white chocolate, melted
- 1 to 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- ¼ cup vegan white chocolate, reserved for drizzling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, SunButter, agave or maple or honey, vanilla bean powder, and sea salt until fully mixed.
- Press portions of the mixture firmly into a Christmas tree cookie cutter, lifting the cutter carefully to retain the shape.
- Place shaped trees onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt vegan white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Add matcha powder to the melted chocolate, adjusting until desired green color is achieved.
- Dip or spoon the matcha white chocolate over each oat tree until coated. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt the reserved white chocolate and drizzle over the set trees for decoration.
- Chill again until fully firm, then enjoy or store refrigerated.
Notes
- Warm the SunButter slightly for easier mixing.
- Pack the mixture tightly into the cookie cutter for clean shapes.
- Add matcha slowly to control the flavor and color.
- Decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets for extra holiday flair.
