Description

Crispy-edged, tender-centered salmon bites seasoned with smoky spices and cooked in minutes. Perfect for bowls, wraps, or snacking straight from the plate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place a large nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once skillet is hot, add salmon in a single layer without crowding.
  4. Let cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to form a golden crust.
  5. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Pat salmon dry before seasoning for better browning.
  • Use a cast iron or nonstick pan for best texture.
  • Serve with lemon wedges or yogurt dip for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
