- 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place a large nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Once skillet is hot, add salmon in a single layer without crowding.
- Let cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to form a golden crust.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Pat salmon dry before seasoning for better browning.
- Use a cast iron or nonstick pan for best texture.
