Description

Easy Frozen Protein S’mores Bars are a fun and nutritious twist on the classic s’mores, featuring a protein-packed base and a cool, frozen texture for a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini marshmallows, dark chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  4. Freeze the bars for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, cut the bars into squares and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the bars before freezing.
  • These bars can be made with any nut butter or protein powder flavor of your choice.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, increase the amount of honey or maple syrup.
