Easy Frozen Protein S’mores Bars are a fun and nutritious twist on the classic s’mores, featuring a protein-packed base and a cool, frozen texture for a healthy treat.

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, dark chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Freeze the bars for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, cut the bars into squares and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the bars before freezing.
- These bars can be made with any nut butter or protein powder flavor of your choice.
- If you prefer a sweeter taste, increase the amount of honey or maple syrup.
