- 2 to 3 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- 2 thick slices of bread (brioche or similar)
- Handful fresh raspberries
- 10g dark chocolate chips
- Optional: extra maple syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place your bread slices on the tray and press down the center with the back of a spoon to create a shallow well.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into the center of each slice and spread evenly.
- Top with raspberries and sprinkle the dark chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the toast edges are golden and the custard looks set.
- Let cool slightly, drizzle with optional maple syrup, and serve warm.
