Description

Juicy croissant smash burgers made with crispy beef patties, melted cheese, and buttery flaky croissants for a rich and satisfying twist on a classic burger.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large croissants
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce


Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over high heat.
  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form into balls and place on skillet.

  6. Toast croissants with butter.
