Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 12 oz (340g) shell pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz/28g) ranch seasoning mix

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 4 oz (113g) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions

- Add cooked beef to crockpot with beef broth, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in uncooked pasta shells. Cook until pasta is tender.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Cover for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Add pasta later in cooking to avoid mushiness.
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melt and flavor.
- Stir halfway through if you’re home for even texture.
- Add a splash of broth before serving if too thick.
