- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a pan.
- Mix flour with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Coat chicken tenders in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with lemon zest.
- Place on a baking sheet or cook in pan until golden and crispy, about 20 to 25 minutes.
