- 1 lb whole mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed

- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, followed by the beaten eggs, and then coat it in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the mushrooms in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- For the dip, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning together in a bowl until well combined.
- Serve the crispy fried mushrooms with the Cool Ranch dip on the side.
