- 4 large croissants
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat skillet over high heat.
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form into balls and place on skillet.
- Smash into thin patties.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side and add cheese.
- Toast croissants with butter.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, and patties.
