- 2 cups cooked breaded chicken strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, and parmesan.
- Lightly brush skillet with olive oil.
- Place filling in tortillas, fold and roll tightly.
- Toast wraps seam-side down until golden and crisp on all sides.
- Remove and let rest briefly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wraps to avoid tearing
- Toast just before serving for best texture
