A refreshing and creamy broccoli apple slaw with a delightful crunch, combining crisp apples, shredded broccoli, and carrots in a tangy, slightly sweet dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, julienned (Honeycrisp or Fuji recommended)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, julienned apple, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
