- 4 salmon fillets, skin removed
- 4 oz lump crab meat
- 4 oz small cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a slit in the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for stuffing.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing gently to secure.
- Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
Notes
- For extra richness, top the salmon with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before baking.
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor, but canned crab or pre-cooked frozen shrimp can be substituted in a pinch.
