Description

Juicy steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich cowboy butter sauce with garlic, herbs, and a hint of spice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over high heat.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, and chili flakes.
  3. Add oil to the skillet.
  4. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  5. Sear steak in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  6. Lower heat and add butter mixture, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan.
  • Add butter at the end to avoid burning.
  • Use high heat for best sear.
