Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds steak, cut into cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over high heat.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Add oil to the skillet.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Lower heat and add butter mixture, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Add butter at the end to avoid burning.
- Use high heat for best sear.
