Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pizza dough, divided into 2–3 portions
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll each portion of dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Spoon filling down the center of each dough rectangle, fold the sides over, and roll up. Seal edges tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan and garlic powder.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving with extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
Notes
- Use room temperature dough for easier rolling.
- Don’t overfill to prevent leaking during baking.
- These can be frozen before baking — just extend bake time if cooking from frozen.
- Try different sauces or cheeses to customize the flavor.
