- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup avocado, sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is baking, mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl. Adjust the heat by adding more hot sauce if desired.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In a large bowl, toss the salad greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- To assemble the plate, place the salad on a serving plate, top with sliced chicken, drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken, and garnish with avocado and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar (optional).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- You can use grilled or pan-seared chicken if preferred over baked chicken.
