- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and 1/4 cup parmesan. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Stir the cooked spinach and garlic mixture into the creamy cheese mixture. Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot, melted, and lightly golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
