Description

Cookie Salad is a sweet and creamy dessert salad made with a mix of cookies, pudding, whipped topping, and fruit. It’s a fun and indulgent treat perfect for potlucks or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix (instant)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1215 cookies (chocolate chip or sugar cookies), broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  4. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple, mini marshmallows, and broken cookies.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using) and mix gently.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
