- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix (instant)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 12–15 cookies (chocolate chip or sugar cookies), broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple, mini marshmallows, and broken cookies.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using) and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a twist, you can use different fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
