- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter until evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
- Dissolve instant coffee granules in warm water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the dissolved coffee, vanilla extract, salt, and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Beat until thick and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread the coffee filling evenly into the cooled crust.
- Top with the whipped cream and smooth the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
