Chocolate Strawberry Bark is a delicious and easy-to-make treat featuring layers of smooth chocolate topped with dried strawberries, perfect for snacking or gifting.

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- While the dark chocolate sets, melt the white chocolate chips using the same method until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer, swirling with a spoon to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the chopped dried strawberries, crushed almonds, and coconut flakes (if using) over the top.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Once set, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- This recipe can be customized with other toppings like dried raspberries, nuts, or sprinkles.
- For a sweeter bark, use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
